T5 Partners, LLC (T5) was founded when the T5 team, which in 1995 formed the National Data and Contact Center Practice at The Staubach Company, left to form a development company focused on the interests of clients with data center and contact center needs. The team brings to T5 industry expertise in: site selection due diligence services; real estate brokerage; capital sourcing; municipal incentives; and project management over the engineering, design and general contracting firms, subs and commissioning agents. 

The site selection process for data centers is a highly specialized process and it was during their tenure at The Staubach Company that the T5 team recognized the void in the market for quality mission critical facilities in desirable locations. The team also found most companies, excepting the largest of companies recently completing multiple projects, do not have the expertise in-house to successfully manage the construction of highly technical facilities. T5 Partners was formed specifically to meet these needs. 

The team has been involved in the site selection, leasing, design, and project management and delivery of 100 mission critical facilities containing 9.5 million square feet of data and contact center space.
